Is this suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our 14 Day offer is designed for all fitness levels, including complete beginners. Our expert coaches will guide you through every step, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident.

What will happen after I purchase the offer?

After your payment goes through, you will receive a confirmation email. Shortly we will give you a call to answer any questions, tell you all about our brand new facility and getting started.

Do I need to be fit to start CrossFit or HYROX?

No! CrossFit & HYROX are both scalable, meaning every workout can be adjusted to suit your ability. Whether you're brand new to fitness or have experience, you'll progress at your own pace.

What if I can't make every session during the 14 Days?

No problem! While we encourage consistency, there’s no requirement to attend every day. You can come as often as you like within the 14-day period.

What should I bring to my first session?

Just comfortable workout clothes, trainers, and a water bottle. We’ll provide everything else you need!

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! You can add a friend for just £40 extra when signing up making it even more fun and affordable to start together. Once you click a button to the checkout you'll see the bring a friend box, simply tick that!
